Memorial Day Pops! (Holiday Baker, Cary, NC)

For a dessert contest, I baked these deliscious cake pops and arranged them as our American Flag! They were detailed right down to the little white stars :). So yummy!

An Elegant Affair (Wedding Baker, Raleigh, NC)

I was fortunate enough to be able to create these elegant pops to be given as favors at a wedding! One of the guests enjoyed them so much that she had me recreate them for her big day as well!!! Beautiful in lavendar and white and set in a matching display. Did I mention the deliscious flavors?! Strawberry Shortcake, Caramel, and Chocolate!!!

People Pops {Specialty Baker, Cary, NC}

Summer time is finally here!!! Check out these adoreable People Pops!!! Chocolate and peanut butter...always a fantastic combination. A perfect treat to bring to the pool! It took a few tries to get the skin tone, and its much more difficult than it looks, to make the bathing suits!!! But, once I had done a couple, the rest were easy :). I can't wait to play some more with these little people.

Birthday Bites for Mom {Birthday Baker, Cary, NC}

Over the weekend I made these pretty cake bites! They were for a client's mother, what a yummy present! They're red velvet, decorated in pink and green. I have to say, red velvet is my favorite :). I love how perfectly these fit into the flower vase too! I might have to make this birthday present for my mother soon!!!

Musical Bites {Fundraiser Baker, Raleigh, NC}

Recently, I was asked to create cake bites for a fundraiser in Raleigh. I donated 200 cake bites. The details on each bite took hours to decorate! I made them red and white with little black music notes. They were deliscious and looked amazing sitting in the little paper wrappers. The event was a beer and wine tasting. My two favorite things, chocolate cake bites and wine! I was honored to coordinate with such a great foundation.
